Complex Problem Solving - EN (training)

Description: Within five years, more than a third of the skills that are considered important in companies today will have changed. These are the people who come up with new ideas and better ways of working, who make certain processes easier to understand and who save time and money.

During the Complex Problem Solving training course, you will learn how to become more successful at identifying, understanding and solving complex problems.

Purpose: After this training: - You are able to analyse problems in order to understand them properly, - You understand the phases and steps involved in solving problems, -You know how to deal with different stakeholders, - You know how to come up with strong ideas and solutions, - You know how to test, measure and implement new ideas.

Target audience: This training is intended for professionals who want to improve their processes and way of working. This training assumes a higher professional education level of thinking.

Pre-education: For this course, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
